Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Scope
This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for marketing services provided by Todor Social (Böttcherstraße 28c, 87687 Oberhausen, Germany). It complements our Terms & Conditions and applies to all clients in the EU, UK and worldwide.
2. Right of withdrawal (EU/UK consumers)
Consumers in the EU and the UK have the right to withdraw from a service contract within 14 days of its conclusion, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please send a clear statement (e.g. an email) to us using the contact details below before the 14-day period expires.
If you ask us to begin providing services during the withdrawal period, you must pay an amount proportional to what has been provided up to the moment you informed us of your withdrawal. The right of withdrawal lapses once the services have been fully performed with your prior express consent.
3. Monthly retainer cancellation
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time with thirty (30) days' written notice. The current billing month will be completed and no further invoices will be issued thereafter. Already-invoiced fees for the running month are non-refundable, as work and campaign management continue during the notice period.
4. Refund-eligible situations
Refunds (full or partial) may be granted in the following cases:
- Duplicate or incorrect payment caused by a technical error.
- Service was not delivered due to a fault on our side and a reasonable cure period has elapsed.
- Statutory right of withdrawal exercised within the legal timeframe.
5. Non-refundable items
- Media spend already paid to advertising platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.).
- Third-party tools, licences or subscriptions purchased on the client's behalf.
- Completed deliverables (audits, strategies, creative production) once accepted.
6. Refund procedure
To request a refund, contact us in writing at the address or phone number below with your invoice number and reason. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days, using the original payment method.
